Vitality by Donna is an appointment-based service business providing aesthetic services, body sculpting, and holistic coaching.
Aesthetic and body sculpting services are delivered in person through scheduled appointments. Holistic coaching may be provided in person or virtually when available.
Services are considered fulfilled once the scheduled treatment or coaching session has been completed.
Payment may be required when booking, purchasing a package, enrolling in a membership, or receiving a service.
Prepaid packages are fulfilled one appointment at a time and must be completed within six months of purchase.
Membership payments may be automatically processed according to the billing terms agreed to at enrollment.
Gift cards and gift certificates represent a dollar value that does not expire and may be applied toward eligible services at current pricing.
Service prices may change. Purchasing a service, package, or gift card does not guarantee future appointment availability or permanently lock in future service pricing unless specifically stated in writing.
