Appointment Cancellation

We care about providing the best possible experience for all of our clients and kindly request a minimum of 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list. Failure to provide this notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to the full treatment. We also kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment, as arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a cancellation of your appointment and a $25 late fee on top of our cancellation fee. Thank you for your cooperation in adhering to our policies and for choosing our services.

Package Purchases

ALL PACKAGES are non-refundable once payment has been made. A purchased package of sessions does not have an expiration date. Packages are not transferrable. 

Memberships

Memberships may be canceled with a 30 day advance notice. Automatic payments will stop. No refunds will be issued.-  Non-Refundable Services : Services rendered are non-refundable. Once a session has been completed, we cannot offer refunds. If you are dissatisfied in any way with our services, please let us know and we will do our best to assure your satisfaction.

 Rescheduling Appointments 

We are happy to reschedule appointments if requested with at least 24 hours’ notice. Deposits will be carried forward to the rescheduled appointment, and no cancellation fee will apply.
