By scheduling an appointment or purchasing a service, package, membership, gift card, or gift certificate, you agree to the policies of Vitality by Donna.
Vitality by Donna provides aesthetic services, body sculpting, and holistic coaching.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding health conditions, medications, allergies, surgeries, pregnancy, or other concerns that may affect the safety of a service.
Vitality by Donna reserves the right to modify, postpone, or decline a service when a contraindication or safety concern exists.
Holistic coaching is educational and supportive in nature and does not replace medical or mental health diagnosis or treatment.
Individual results vary. Specific aesthetic, body sculpting, wellness, weight, or skin results cannot be guaranteed.

Appointments require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
We understand that genuine emergencies happen. When an emergency occurs, prepaid funds may be held as a credit and applied toward the client's next scheduled appointment at the discretion of Vitality by Donna.
Completed aesthetic services, body sculpting treatments, and holistic coaching sessions are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Prepaid Packages
Prepaid service packages are non-refundable and must be completed within six months of the original purchase date.
If a client becomes medically unable to safely continue a specific service, the remaining paid value may be applied toward another eligible service offered by Vitality by Donna.
Prepaid packages have no cash value and are not eligible for cash refunds except where required by law.
Memberships
Membership payments are non-refundable once processed.
Memberships require written cancellation at least 30 days before the next scheduled payment date. Once cancellation becomes effective, future automatic payments will stop.
Gift Cards and Gift Certificates
The remaining dollar value of purchased gift cards and gift certificates does not expire.
Gift cards and gift certificates are applied toward current service pricing. If the cost of a service exceeds the available balance, the client is responsible for the difference.
